1. Data Collection

ErgoManager is an offline-first application. This means we do not collect, store, process, or transmit any of your personal or professional data to our servers or any third parties. Your privacy is absolute.

2. Local Storage

All information you enter into the app—such as employee names, project details, daily wages, payments, and income—is stored exclusively in the internal, secure memory of your device (phone or tablet). This data is protected by your device’s operating system and is not accessible by other applications.

3. Security

Access to the application is protected by a personal PIN code and/or biometric data (Face ID/Fingerprint) that you set. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of this code. In the event of device loss or theft, the data remains encrypted and inaccessible without your credentials.

4. User Rights and Data Deletion

You have complete and absolute control over your data. You can add, edit, and delete any information at any time directly within the application. Uninstalling the ErgoManager app from your device will permanently delete all data you have stored in it.

5. Backups

As all data is stored exclusively locally, you are responsible for creating backups using the app’s “Backup & Restore” feature. The application does not automatically create backups to external cloud services.
